Our services are offered at a rate of $110 per hour.

When you call we will ask you some questions and have a detailed discussion about your needs. This will result in an estimated quote of the time we think it will take to successfully help you. We find this quote process to be very thorough and we have yet to underestimate a job this way.

Yes, in fact we strongly recommend completing the services in your home. We definitely don’t expect you to bring your TV to our office! And what would be the point if we can’t connect it to your household internet! (Do you see what we’re getting at?) We’re here to make the process as easy for you as we possibly can.

Yes, absolutely. We’re happy to deliver our services in the way that best suits you.

This might mean just getting it sorted quickly and then showing you how to use the device or product or walking you through the entire process so you can give it a go yourself next time.

Remember we’re only a phone call away if you get stuck on a step that we’ve shown you previously and as an existing client we will be happy to help you out over the phone.

We have a large knowledge base of how to set-up devices and resolve issues. However if the issue can’t be resolved by us due to something out of our control (eg. broken or faulty equipment) we will discuss this with you and make suggestions for what you can possibly do going forward.

Although this is not the most favourable outcome for anyone, as a small business we would ask that you still pay for the hours that we have provided.

Based on our previous client interactions, it is highly unusual for you to encounter the exact same problem again. However, we acknowledge the possibility due to factors beyond our control, such as equipment failure or faults. Rest assured, we are committed to providing comprehensive training and detailed instructions during our initial contact and we also offer a 30-day follow up, where we make sure it’s still working perfectly for you.

Of course, if the issue repeats, you’re more than welcome to call us and we’ll walk you through it.
